Yay!! I made this and i'm so glad i can finally share it! This is a piece I made for the intro to the Rainbow Brite Contest officially starting February 1st and running to May 1st!!!! I hope you'll be able to join!! 
The contest is specifically for all rainbow brite fans, and fans of colors. in a nut shell you need to create your own version of rainbow brite...This is my original version for the new year...now show me yours!!!

Damn! You sure know how to make sheen and sparkles look good. The super duper shiny balloons are perfect, and the super shiny belt and details of her outfit are also great. I particularly like the glistening rainbow on her belt with clouds that release shimmering little raindrop beads. So very lovely! The star-shaped indent in the pants was a really genius idea, and that magical genie-style trail the white furry creature leaves behind is quite wonderful. You are a wizard with rainbows. Lime green socks on deep violet shoe tongues is awesomely loud, and the reflections on the floor seal the sparkly, shiny scene. T'is all very gorgeous. Fantabulous work, and you know you did well coming from someone who didn't grow up on the kids' show it's based on, or even know about it until last year at the longest.
