Dig the afro.

The way the lady in the center of the photo is standing makes it look like she's the no-questions-asked boss of things around here. She looks graceful and confident of her place in the swing of things, which is a hard trick to pull off, and doubly so when you're only using a subject's profile. Excellent work.
