soooo...I've recently been inspired to do a new rainbow brite.. i've also recently come across alot of rainbow hair... T.T i wanna do rainbow hair so bad....just couldn't figure out what to do. then i saw a rainbow skirt!!! soo cute, i wanted to give it a try. this is also a kick off for the new contest i'm trying to come up with for ...I hope you'll join and participate.
